Where to Start

Getting new tile, carpet, flooring or doing a remodel is exciting. But as with any project for your house, you have some homework to do. These four steps will help keep your project moving along, and may save you time and money overall.

1. Do you need permits? Call your city’s planning department and ask about necessary permits for the kind of remodel you are planning to complete.
2. Gather ideas and select your materials. Come into the Paragon Carpet & Interiors showroom and talk with one of our experts. We’ll help you pick your materials and more.

3. Call in the tradespersons. Kitchen and bathroom remodels often require a plumber. And more often than not, every job requires an electrician or handyman. While we are experts at what we do, we are not plumbers or electricians. Our job is to install quality materials and make your home even more beautiful.
